Casa Ortega TENNIS CLUB... We had a celebration in the room entering on the right, and we were freezing cold... it is not equipped for the cold in Yecla......events should not be held there, they are not prepared for it....they should reform it..there were very old people and small children feeling cold, they didn't even have a heater there and the air was cold. The food was very scarce, there were many of us and they should have put more appetizer dishes in the center... and they served it cold. And they don't charge cheap. What's more, when it came time to have a drink, they told us that we had to move and go to the other room. A disaster, I'm not coming back.

The restaurant horrified us in many ways, they had sold us everything super well but when we went we saw a very different reality. They do not respect COVID measures in the slightest, a waitress served us without a mask several times while inside and moving from a room with a communion to the other rooms. The dining room where we were, with more diners, was not well conditioned, we were horribly hot and to make matters worse there was not a good separation between the tables. The menu was expensive for what it was, the quality - price does not correspond. The grilled meat at least was not bad, they were offering you several types of meat but many had to settle for the type of meat that was left; as well as the dessert that instead of giving us the option to choose between fruits and cakes, they directly put the cakes since the fruit was finished. We had the feeling that they were giving us what was left over from the communion having ordered a menu days before going, that is, it did not catch them off guard. In short, a restaurant to which it is not worth moving from the urban core for such a service. The waitress's thing was reportable, it made those of us who are not vaccinated feel super insecure. I have always trusted the hospitality industry since I had never seen anything like it, next time we will choose better where to go.
