How can a gym have only ONE treadmill????? I really can't believe it, what does it cost them to put one or two more??? Seriously a gym with only ONE treadmill???? It's crazy, you go to the gym to move a little and here YOU CAN'T, obviously it's ALWAYS busy because, I insist, it's a gym that has only ONE treadmill. The worst thing is that it costs €33 per month, it's not a cheap gym.

They can only deduct it if I pay for the month. I understand that simplifying and standardizing processes and procedures facilitates the work and control, but for the love of God! So much rigidity and lack of foresight disappoints me and I find it hard to fit in. Another case; some time ago, after paying for the following month in advance, I broke my wrist on the 29th, I went to reception and asked if, taking this into account, they would respect the month paid for when I recovered, they said yes, no problem. I come back 3/4 months later and miauuu, month lost. Possible solution: go to City Hall to complain, which of course I didn't do. I know that the sports center or the City Hall are not responsible for my accident, but why do you tell me yes? Field observation, in general the swimming lifeguards (not instructors) do not correct anything, even if you do everything wrong, they only tell you 4 crawl, 4 breaststroke... I suppose that is their only function speaking of technique. Compliance with the gym rules is a utopia. There are people who never use/wear a towel so as not to transfer their sweat and essence to the machines and, of course; nobody says anything. Going some Saturday morning and finding it closed is also a nice experience lived. This message is especially addressed to the manager on duty, in case it helps to improve. It would be interesting if all the incidents that the director brings could be resolved directly where they occur. In general, I like going to the gym and I love Rafelbunyol.

I want to leave a positive review for the Rafelbunyol gym. It is the first time that we have managed to maintain a routine without giving up and all this has been thanks to Toni.
