We booked an indoor court at 5:00 PM with a confirmed number and they changed it to an outdoor court in the cold, without real prior notice or price adjustment. If a court disappears, it is not by chance, it is a reassignment. When we finished, we were missing two points and there were three empty outdoor courts, without lights or cost to the club. We went in for a few minutes to finish and a girl from reception came to kick us out in a bad way. Saying that we couldn't even be there or finish on the empty outdoor courts. It's not the first time this has happened to us, but it will be the last. Not recommended at all!! Lack of management and zero courtesy with the client.
