Pádel Club Valencia

I have played several American tournaments at Pádel Club Valencia and they are great. The atmosphere is very good and they are very well organized. You meet people of your level to then organize games. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT TO HAVE A FUN AFTERNOON PLAYING PÁDEL.

Wonderful facilities and the match they found for me was very well adjusted to my level. I also really liked that there is so much parking available and a very cool cafeteria to have something after the match. We will definitely be back!!

It's hard for me to give one-star reviews, but in this case I think the club deserves it for the poor management. We had the court reserved since Monday and, when we arrived at the club today, they told us that the court was not reserved and that we could not play. The only solution they offer us is a free court another day, but that does not compensate for the waste of time of four people who have gone specifically to play and have been left without doing so. The travel, the prior organization and the wasted time are not recovered with that solution. A shame, because a reservation should be something basic. I hope they improve the management so that it does not happen to other customers again.

Shameful is an understatement for what we experienced there this afternoon. We are quite surprised with the person who is there some afternoons, dark-haired and with an unfriendly face. I have thought about whether to put the review but I think it is necessary since I take for granted that the directors of this club know this type of aptitude and overlook it. Not everyone is suitable to be facing the "public". It is not pleasant or deserving on the part of a client to go to a place and be received without being looked in the face, without a smile and without even a "thank you". This is recurrent and ultimately unpleasant. Sometimes mentioning the dismissive treatment they give you is doing a favor to the company and the worker who, clearly, should dedicate themselves to something where they do not have to have contact with people. I have to say that of the two that are there in the afternoons I am OBVIOUSLY referring to the dark-haired one with a serious and unfriendly face who was there for example on Tuesday, January 13th. ;The other girl nothing to say about her: she smiles and is polite, which is normal in polite people.
