I went to play the tournament on February 28th and the experience was very disappointing. The organization was a real disaster: they mixed players of all levels in the same categories, so the tournament completely lost its competitive sense. In the end, more than enjoying playing, I felt it was a waste of time. The facilities are not up to par either. The courts are quite deteriorated and the changing rooms have dampness, which is quite surprising in an indoor club that organizes tournaments. And to top it off, when I tried to comment on the situation, the treatment by the director or organizer was quite cocky and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to give an explanation, the attitude was arrogant. Honestly, if they are going to organize tournaments they should start by improving the organization, taking care of the facilities and treating the players with respect. As it was, the experience leaves much to be desired.
