Basically, it has been raining all day today, when I am writing this review it is still cloudy and drizzling, and because there are other people playing on the courts it means that I should also be playing on the court, or that is what they have implied to me, I cannot avail myself of my right to play in reasonable conditions, which is on a dry court, not slightly wet, having said that I have communicated with them and they have refused to return the amount of the reservation, although I didn't even want that, I simply wanted to change the date for another day, if possible at the same time that I booked and they told me that "their policies" do not allow the change because at that time, which is from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the change cannot be made because it is peak hour, therefore they say that it is my fault that I did not want to go and that we are offering them a solution, but it is the solution that they want and if not, it is my fault. In short, they keep the money and of course we have not enjoyed the court, giving us completely disastrous solutions without adapting to the weather or the needs of the client who, despite wanting to play, will not be able to play or have my money, perfect.
