Finca Guila Tenis & Padel Club

Very pleasant place to play tennis, very friendly staff and the tennis courts are in very good condition. I haven't tried the paddle tennis courts but they look excellent, very new. The value for money is good considering other clubs in the area where prices are higher.

We had a court reservation two days in advance and when we got there they told us that we didn't have the reservation, that it was occupied by a class, they didn't give us any solution, they just invited us to leave.

I booked a court in advance and, upon arriving at the club, I found that they did not have the reservation registered and there was no court available. I tried to explain the situation, but the staff treated me with very little education and without offering any solution. I left without being able to play and with the feeling that they do not value either the time or the treatment of customers. I do not recommend this club if you are looking for serious attention and a minimum of respect for the client.
