The changing rooms are small for all the members there are, there are times when you do not even have lockers available and what to say about the hygiene and quality of the showers, rusty, no water comes out, full of hair DISGUSTING The parking lot is very small and there is never a place to park, which is quite uncomfortable. I am a client who comes to this center mainly for the Spa area but it is practically impossible to find the steam rooms working correctly in the last year. The first week of last December I was about to congratulate the center because for the first time in years both steam rooms were working perfectly (the one in the back has always worked intermittently and with a lower temperature than the main bath). I understand they changed both engines, but shortly before Christmas the second steam room broke down again and we had to settle for the first one, which, in many cases, resembles the market of a town in Seville on a Thursday morning because of the shouting. They told me that the engine was under warranty but that being Christmas dates we would have to wait until January. Well, we are in mid-February and everything is still the same. The problem is that the main steam room has been broken for a week now and prevents us from having that moment of peace and relaxation that we crave all day. I would appreciate it if you could improve the maintenance of the spa area, taking into account that the waiting times when things break down are not short at all and the fees are not cheap either. Unfortunately, our experience has been very negative: after several attempts to contact him by WhatsApp and arrange meetings, he did not show up at the scheduled meetings and barely responded to the messages. This generated confusion and inconvenience, affecting my son's experience during the activities. I consider it unacceptable that someone in a position of responsibility over children shows so little professionalism. I recommend that the gym management more closely supervise the management of these services to ensure commitment, organization and adequate attention to users.

I don't know, a little hygiene is expected in a gym that is considered "luxury" and where there are CHILDREN. The second photo is the baby changing room 😱😱😱 The place will have to be disinfected; change and add some toys and more new things that do not seem to have more than 10 years of use, since you had renovated the other parts of the club and so much the idea of "having everything" is promoted. I hope you take this aspect into account and leave the place cleaner and safer for the children! How is it possible to have the bathroom in this state? Obviously there are parents who don't care about leaving their children there for a while, but once you pay that amount you expect everything to be up to par. And luxury is not asked for, mind you, rather the strictly necessary and CLEANING!! And that it doesn't look like an escape room from a horror movie with dolls without hands/feet and broken toys from use, walls with peeling paint..etc I don't put photos out of respect, and so that no child appears there, but I think it is fair that the gym puts photos on its website with the PLAYROOM/BABY CHANGING ROOM so that parents who are interested in leaving their children there see the Reality! There are photos of everything on the website except the Playroom... and now I understand why. Measures should also be taken regarding the age of the children, I find it super strange and a real chaos that a 10-12 year old child is running around there with babies of months... they should be divided by age or put different hours of use..THANK YOU!
