A month later a promotion comes out where the fee is NOT charged. Is this good service? It's not what I understand as good service. It's a shame to have to explain everything when you are aware of everything.

We had lunch the other day, the restaurant was packed and although we had to wait, everything was great, the food was very good, the service was very attentive and at all times concerned with solving the problems that arise when the work is overwhelming. The waitresses were a 10, but especially the one I think was the owner and the cook who showed interest at all times. Beautiful terrace with incredible views. We will definitely repeat

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The worst in everything. We were 28 people on Mother's Day May 2024. Scarce starters, the slices of sausage and chorizo and something else, were transparent, hard bread, the cloxinas, from the day before for sure, wrinkled and with a broth that left much to be desired, my dish, fideua, burnt and mixed with the unburnt, the Iberian pork cheeks must have been made during Holy Week, and it's difficult for Iberian pork cheeks to be bad, rather this one was overcooked. One of the diners, a cook, didn't even dare to eat it when he saw it. No attention to any complaint. The dessert was super industrial ah!!! and when we asked for spoons for it, they told us that "they didn't have any" so whoever had time for the coffee to arrive could taste it. My coffee never arrived. Terrible service or worse, slow, we sat down at 2:30 p.m. and left at 6 p.m., a total of more than 3 hours between poorly served dishes with a disastrous organization. Apart from that, it needs cleaning, paint and repairs. Bad, very bad.

It had been a while since we ate at the Torrent Tennis Club restaurant. Today we were a table of 28 people. Since Monday we had said the main courses of each diner, to facilitate work in the kitchen. It cost us €35/person. We spent 3 and a half hours eating a plate of cold cuts, one of clóchinas and a breaded cheese to share and a main course to choose between a burnt fideuá, a burst creamy rice, a hake, good, or a doubtful Iberian pork cheek. The menu probably doesn't seem very expensive but for that price I demand a much better quality and service. To highlight: the good service. The girls who served us didn't know how to apologize and improve our disastrous experience. I don't usually write negative reviews but today we had a 0 experience and we paid a lot of money to eat late and with mediocre quality. If they cannot serve well and with good quality, I advise saying no to reservations. I do not recommend it and we will not return
