Google MapsAfter many years of playing paddle tennis, I never thought something like this would happen to me. A typical gesture of drying your hand on the glass didn't sit well with the owner, and she called me out in a very bad way, without waiting for me to finish the game and telling me politely and calmly, in private, not in front of everyone and shouting. When I said goodbye and commented on it, she got even more upset and treated me even worse. The girls in the competition were lovely. The manager, terrible customer service. What have I lied about? Are you talking about bad sportsmanship? Having tried to get me out of the game by interrupting in that way. In many clubs they inform you, but in yours I haven't seen any signs, I've only heard you shouting and gesturing. I am a customer from the moment I walk through the door and pay. What you say is not true, if it were, I would have been sanctioned. The judges are there to deal with different points of view on what happened in a game. Nothing more. By the way, the court carpet is pitiful and your facilities lack ventilation. Your dismissive responses, trying to denigrate the customer's idea, not taking the complaints seriously, portray you. You reflect being unprofessional with your interaction. If you read everything well, I have not disrespected you, which you have done to me. You have been out of place and you still are. If this serves to bring you down a peg, blessed reviews. I wish you the fame you deserve.

They don't compete on equal terms, the teams are not matched in level. It mixes categories, putting girls from third in fifth and fourth. Winning like that is unfair. The manager has a reputation in the area for being an arrogant, rude person with clients and team members.

I don't usually write reviews of any place, but in the face of comments that are not true, I do. As a player in the match in which a girl complained about the treatment received by the club owner, I must say that she addressed her very politely, asking her please not to do it, nothing more. She didn't do it by shouting or I don't think disrespecting anyone, simply giving an indication of an inappropriate action, after observing it several times and realizing that it was not due to nerves of the match but something she did often. It was a good game, my first in this league, the girls were very nice during the game, it's a shame it ended like this, with false comments.

Very good courts and very good attention

I think the club is great. Good service and good facilities. The star is for the supposed categories in which they compete. We competed against them in 5th category (beginner supposedly) and the 3 games we played were 6-1 and 6-0; 6-0 and 6-1; 6-2 and 6-1...... I don't care about losing, but if you are at the level of 4th....I would appreciate it if you signed up at the level you have. I repeat again that the club is great and I liked the players very much....but....5th is not your level.
