I signed up for a masterclass after clearly explaining my previous experience. Even so, the club director himself, Diego, decided to include me in a group that did not match what we had discussed and later admitted that he did it in order to complete the match. The most unfortunate thing was the management: when he saw the difference, he took me off the court in front of everyone, exposing me unnecessarily and creating a very uncomfortable situation. We are talking about adults; the treatment and the way to resolve an error should be more professional. Definitely an experience not to be repeated.
