Highly recommended gym. The facilities are very complete and the staff is lovely (instructors, reception, cleaning, maintenance, aesthetics). You have a wide variety of activities (very well taught), as well as a swimming pool (which although small is useful, and in summer it opens and you can sunbathe), spa (complete and sufficient for being small), paddle tennis courts, large indoor and outdoor gym and a bar with very good service. Perhaps as constructive improvement I would try to modernize some areas that are a bit old. In addition to controlling the water temperature of the showers a little better (which often comes out cold) and the spa. I have read a comment that indicated that there is quite a lot of noise in the spa, I know that it is not Atalanta's responsibility, but perhaps a message could be sent to the members and warn those who visit it that it should be a silent and relaxing area. I'm delighted!!

Yesterday a group of friends and I went to this spa and the experience was very disappointing. There was a misunderstanding with a client who started to berate us and the situation became quite unpleasant. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. We asked them several times to review the cameras to clarify what happened and they refused, simply kicking us out of the place without listening to our version. The situation was even more unpleasant when, already outside and preparing to leave, the same client approached again and began to shout and insult even my mother in front of everyone. Although the staff was present and seeing what was happening, they did nothing to stop her or mediate the situation. I find it very unprofessional that an establishment acts like this: they did not want to check the facts, nor did they manage the conflict correctly, nor did they show any kind of apology afterwards. I have filed a formal complaint because I believe that the treatment we received was totally unfair. Very bad management and very bad customer service. I do not recommend it at all.

I go almost daily and I would like to make an observation about the facilities, I know that with time everything deteriorates and more in a place of so much traffic and humidity, in addition to the uncivil people who do not maintain the facilities as they should. Apart from this, I would like to highlight the maintenance in general and especially in bathrooms, since the water does not finish cleaning the toilet, the paper stays floating and there is little pressure.
