Hello, I'm José Bernal and I want to share my experience from this morning. I signed up —the club itself did it— for an open game to play on Saturday at 8 in the morning, and I went in to confirm it; it even gave me the option to pay online, which gave me the security that everything was correct and the game was closed. After getting up early, quite early for a Saturday, I arrived at the facilities. Upon entering, the receptionist, Dali, was surprised to see me. I told her that I had a game at 8 and, with hardly any explanation and very briefly, without practically exchanging words, she informed me that they had moved the game to 8:30 and had excluded me. Of course, without any kind of notice, much less a mere apology at the moment of meeting me in person at their facilities. I am a client of the club, which has now changed owners to Alhambra; you have all my contact information: phone, email, etc. I had stopped going for a while, but I wanted to come back to see the change that some friends had told me about, and this is what I found. Speaking of the facilities, which is why I chose to go to other centers with better options: being an indoor padel club, it has low beams that cross the five courts, which prevent proper play, especially when making lobs. It's not just my case: the exact same thing happened to a friend of mine this week. After this and the lack of attention, I don't plan to return. I hope they improve. Best regards.

Terrible organization, they didn't write to me at all. I came specifically with my family and children to receive support, and they deceived everyone. If they registered via WhatsApp, they should have also canceled it, so that the family wouldn't have to waste two hours traveling and waiting almost two hours for their cancellation response.
